Senior Project Manager and Architect
Maria brings over 20 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects, along with a strong academic foundation in architecture. Her depth of knowledge and leadership make her an invaluable part of the team, particularly in guiding projects from concept through execution with precision and clarity.
She combines strong technical expertise with creative problem-solving, with proficiency in tools such as SketchUp and AutoCAD to develop accurate and detailed visual representations. Her exceptional hand-drawing skills also allow her to quickly translate ideas during collaborative sessions, helping move concepts forward with clarity and efficiency.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and is an avid reader, with a particular love for historical fiction — a reflection of her curiosity and appreciation for storytelling and context.
Pamela Bueso
Project Manager and Interior Designer
Pamela brings a strong foundation in both interior design and architecture, supported by her academic background and hands-on experience working with clients in the design field. She plays a key role in translating ideas into clear, compelling visual representations.
Proficient in industry-leading software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, and Adobe Creative Suite, Pamela specializes in creating high-quality 3D renderings and presentations. Her work helps clients fully understand the design intent, offering a thoughtful and realistic preview of how each space will come together.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family, visiting museums and zoos, and capturing moments through photography — a passion that reflects her natural eye for detail and composition.
Stan Silva
Project Coordinator
Stan serves as a Project Coordinator at Guild Properties, bringing a strong background in project management, team coordination, and client-facing communication. With extensive experience managing people, schedules, and logistics, he plays a key role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and on track.
Stan is responsible for coordinating trades, managing material deliveries, and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that each phase of construction flows seamlessly. His ability to communicate clearly across teams and anticipate needs helps support a smooth and well-executed build process.
With a natural strength in operations and relationship management, Stan contributes to the overall success of each project by keeping all moving parts aligned and progressing forward.
Outside of work, Stan enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid watch collector.
